Welcome to Hooka! These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Hooka is a voice-first social platform that lets you:
· Chat with friends through voice,
· Meet new people in live rooms,
· Send and receive virtual gifts.
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. By using Hooka, you agree to follow these Terms and use the platform responsibly.
Offensive, abusive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in such behavior may be suspended or banned without prior notice. You can report violations, and we will investigate all reports within 24 hours, prioritizing serious issues like pornography, violence, and gambling.
Hooka is only for users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your country). If you do not meet this requirement, do not use our Services. Accounts belonging to minors will be deactivated.
By accessing Hooka, you confirm that you are of legal age, have the capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Please review them regularly to stay informed.
· You can sign up for Hooka using Google, Facebook, or your phone number.
· Accounts cannot be transferred to others or created on someone else’s behalf without prior written permission.
If you violate these Terms or create risks for the platform, we may terminate your account without prior notice.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account anytime by going to the “Settings” menu and selecting “Delete Account.” Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
If your account is terminated or deleted, you will lose access to all services.
Hooka allows you to post photos, messages, and other content (“Content”). While you own your Content, the following guidelines apply:
a. Do not post content involving individuals under 18.
b. Harassment, threats, and offensive behavior are strictly prohibited.
c. Avoid obscene, pornographic, or degrading material.
d. Illegal activities or promotion of such are not allowed.
e. Malicious software (e.g., viruses) must not be shared.
f. Respect third-party rights—do not share content you do not own or have permission to use.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these rules, and you may be held responsible for any resulting damages.

a. By using Hooka, you grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use the content you share on the platform.
b. You must either own or have permission to share any content you post.
c. Hooka retains ownership of all platform content and grants users a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
d. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without prior notice.
Hooka provides its services “as is” and disclaims all implied warranties and liabilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and protect Hooka and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

· Violation of these Terms,
· Infringement of third-party rights.
We may revise these Terms to reflect new features or comply with legal requirements. While we’ll notify users of significant changes, we encourage you to check these Terms regularly.
Continued use of Hooka after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, please stop using our services.
Hooka is owned and operated by Funimi Studios and is available for download on the Google Play Store.
