3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users are encouraged to report suspected child abuse, grooming, CSAM, sexual exploitation, or other behavior that may threaten a minor's safety.
Reports may be submitted through the reporting functions available in Covva. Users may also contact our designated child safety email address:
Child Safety Email: funimistudios@gmail.com
When submitting a report, please include relevant details, such as the account name, the nature of the concern, and other information that can help identify the incident.
Do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Provide relevant account or incident details through the available reporting channels instead.
Reports involving potential harm to children should be treated as a priority and assessed in accordance with applicable procedures and laws.
4. Investigation and Enforcement
When Covva receives a report or identifies a potential violation, appropriate steps may be taken to assess the concern and address any identified risk.
Depending on the seriousness of the incident and the available evidence, measures may include:
- Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.
- Limiting access to certain platform functions.
- Temporarily suspending accounts during review.
- Permanently terminating accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
- Taking reasonable steps to prevent repeat violations or attempts to evade enforcement.
- Preserving relevant records where legally required or appropriate.
- Referring suspected illegal conduct to competent authorities when required or appropriate.
Serious cases involving child sexual abuse or exploitation may result in permanent account termination. Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, urgent action may be taken without advance notice.
5. Safety Procedures and Prevention
Covva aims to maintain appropriate processes for receiving reports, assessing child-safety concerns, and responding to violations. These processes should be reviewed and improved as platform capabilities, legal obligations, and online risks change.
Any claims about automated detection, manual moderation, staff training, or internal recordkeeping must accurately reflect the measures Covva actually implements. Child-safety reports should be handled in accordance with applicable procedures and legal requirements.
6. Cooperation With Authorities
Covva may cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies, judicial authorities, and child protection organizations in accordance with applicable laws.
Where legally required or appropriate, this cooperation may involve responding to valid legal requests, preserving relevant information, and assisting investigations concerning suspected child abuse or exploitation.
Any disclosure of user information must follow applicable legal requirements and relevant privacy obligations.
7. Legal and Platform Compliance
Covva seeks to comply with applicable child protection and online safety laws, as well as relevant platform requirements, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
Our policy is intended to support the prevention of CSAE and related abuse. It does not permit the use of Covva to exploit children or facilitate illegal activity involving minors.
Users are responsible for following these standards whenever they access or use our services.
8. Policy Review and Improvement
Child-safety risks and regulatory expectations may evolve. Covva may update these standards and its associated procedures to reflect changes in applicable law, platform requirements, and safety practices.
Users should refer to the latest publicly available version of this policy for the current requirements.
